8:00 Alsimexco Team pick you up at Hanoi hotel then drive for 6,5 hour journey to Giang Province. The drive to Ha Giang occupied most of the day with some soft break for quick stops on the way to relax your legs and photo opportunities as well as for lunch served.
Check in hotel upon arrival to Ha Giang City and take a rest for the remainder of the day. Dinner and overnight in Ha Giang City.

Hanoi to Ha Giang: 300km (6,5 hours)
After breakfast at homestay, take an easy walk to visit Tien Thang Village of the Tay people to inhale the peaceful feeling while viewing the scenery of stilt houses with thatch rooves and palm trees.
This is followed by the drive up to the highland region of Ha Giang. The scenery is getting more stunning with high passes and august mountains. The typical photo opportunities are at Quan Ba Bosom Mountain (Nui Co Tien) and Quan Ba Heaven Gate (Cong Troi) with some steps to a view point atop a hill.
Lun in Quan Ba before drive to Yen Minh Town, check in a local hotel and relax. If time enough as arrive at Yen Minh, spend the rest of the day rambling around a hill tribe village near the town. Dinner and overnight at Yen Minh.
Tien Thang Village to Quan Ba: 60km (1,5 hours)
Quan Ba to Yen Minh: 65km (2 hours)
Today is the highlight of the trip with the drive into Dong Van Karst Geo-park, UNESCO World Heritage. Start the drive at 8:00 AM after breakfast, we can stop as often as possible to take photographs.
Dong Van Karst Plateau is unique combination between Geoheritages and cutural heritages. Up to 80% of the karst formations of Dong Van Plateau are limestone formed by environment conditions and different development stages of nature.
The scenery is amazing and the local life and the culture of the hill tribes such as the H'mong is something that will be very memorable for your trip.
The places of interest today include Pho Cao; Pho Bang and the residence of the Vuong family, still called “Palace of Hmong King”. In the afternoon, on the way towards Meo Vac, the last stop is at Ma Pi Leng Pass.
Scenery in Ma Pi Leng pass is unique with majestic and wild beauty. From the Pass, you can see thousands of gray mountains concatenate to the horizon and next to the road is abyss and tiny Nho Que River bottoms the huge abyss. Check in you hotel in Meo Vac and stay for the night.
Yen Minh to Dong Van: 56km (1,5 hours)
Dong Van to Meo Vac: 41km (1,5 hours)
If today is Sunday, it will be your colorful morning as there is a weekend market takes place right in the town. The market is not only where the locals living in the karst plateau trade cattle, it is also a gathering place for the Mong ethnic minority trading their domestic and farming products.
This is a great chance for capturing beautiful photos of the montagnards in their tradditional dresses. After the market, set out and more scenic drive in the geo-park.
The road is winding down hill to Yen Minh where the lunch is served at local eatering rice before the afternoon drive back to Ha Giang City. Spend the second night in Ha Giang City.
