Upon arrival at Noi Bai International airport, Alsimexco Team welcomes you by the name board raising up and transfer to your chosen hotel in Hanoi downtown.
In the late afternoon, together with your guide, you will take a stroll along the narrow streets inside the Old Quarter's inhabitants where is famous for their sophistication in cuisine and there are countless street food stalls with a wide range of food here, each with its own particular style and taste. Here you see all best Vietnamese street food in an easy location, just sit down and enjoy a lot of popular street food and drink for 1,5 hour.
During your walk, you will explore this food along with the local markets and old houses.

At 14:00, after enjoying the lunch that you have cooked, you will meet your private guide and driver and continue visiting some other attractive sites of Hanoi.
You first visit Tran Quoc Pagoda, constructed in the 6th century and the oldest pagoda in Hanoi. You will then visit the Vietnam National Fine Art museum, showcasing Vietnam’s fine arts from every historical period.
Not far from there is the Hoa Lo prison, also known as the Hanoi Hilton, as it was once used to house the American prisoners of war, including Senator John McCain.
You will be free to have dinner at your leisure, but your guide will be happy to provide a list of good restaurants.

07:30 - 08:00 Shuttle bus pick up from your hotel in Hanoi centre and depart for Ha Long Bay.
12:00 Upon arrival at the harbor, the staffs of Huong Hai Junk welcomes the guests at the waiting room. Embark on the junk, and check in cabin. Enjoy welcome drink, followed by a feast on a delicious lunch while the junk slowly sailing among beautiful of islets.
Afternoon activities: Explore the area of Hon Co Island and Thien Canh Son Cave (also know as Co Cave - Grass Cave). After exploring the cave, tourists can relax on the long white sandy beach of the island, enjoy swimming and revel in the breathtaking view of Bai Tu Long Bay.
Go back to Huong Hai Junk, the junk will sail to Cong Do sleeping area. Relax then enjoy the dinner on board. Enjoy Happy Hour with special menu from 16:30 to 19:00. Wake up early to join tai-chi class on the sundeck at the break of dawn on Bai Tu Long Bay.

Back to the junk, arrange the luggage and check out. Then enjoy an early lunch (brunch) while cruising back to main land.

After breakfast at hotel then your private tour guide pick you up for the drive over Red River and travel 15km to reach Bat Trang village, which is famous for making fine ceramics. Stroll in the villaes small alleys to watch local people producing their fine products and visit some of the houses used as workshops and showrooms.
Contunue drive to Dinh Bang Village where the antique culture and architecture of the Red River Delta are still well preserved. The village is also famous for a special cake of phu the (Married cake). The cake is a must-have in any Northern wedding ceremonies as it reminds the new-married couple about the importance of harmony. Visitor will visit a phu the bakery to taste the cake and learn more about it.
The lunch is served in a local house, sampling local dishes that have been prepared using ingredients bought early in the day from the village market.
The hosts are three generations of a family who live in an ancient house; they are always happy to share more about their way of life in this rural part of Hanoi.
Farewell to Dinh Bang Village, heading to Hanoi airport for the flight to Hue (VN 177; ETD: 15:00; ETA: 16:20). Next, drive to visit the tomb of Emperor Tu Duc which was Tu Duc designed by himself as the exquisitely harmonious tomb between 1864 and 1867, for use both before and after his death. Another royal tomb in the trip is Emperor Khai Dinh tomb. Unlike Hue’s other tombs, Khai Dinh tomb being a synthesis of Vietnamese and European elements. Even the stone faces of the mandarin honor guards are endowed with a mixture of Vietnamese and European features.

Check-out the hotel after breakfast then transfer to Hoi An for 3 hours. The journey pass by all the stunning sightseeings of Vietnam centre such as Tam Giang Lagoon, Lang Co Beach, Hai Van Pass, Marble Mountain. Each site visitor will have a short stop for take photo before visiting Cham Cultural Museum in Danang City.
Lunch is served in a local restaurant upon arrival in Hoi An Ancient Town then check-in your hotel for relaxing after a long journey from Hue.
At 14:00 tour guide welcome you at the hotel’s lobby for a 3 hour cooking class in Tra Que herbal village which was named after the sweet scented vegetables that spice up the every day meals of the Pho Hoi people.
Here you can try traditional Hoi An dishes like Cao Lau, Quang noodles and enjoy an entry level cooking class making the local specialities‘Tam Huu’ (spring roll) and Banh xeo (local style pancake with meat).
Start riding bicycle to Hoi An’s colorful central market where visitor will have the opportunity to interact with the local sellers and learn about the ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson later. So make sure your camera is handy.
Continue 30 minute bike to Tra Que vegetable village. Welcome drink for rest and take a casual stroll around the vegetable garden where local farmers work on their fields, using the traditional methods of hundreds of years ago, no electrical machinery here.
We then join in and participate in farming activities like the locals by preparing the soil, fertilizing with seaweed, raking, sowing, watering and picking vegetables.
We will then enjoy a herbal foot bath before helping to prepare the cooking class with the local chef. Join in and try cooking the local speciality dishes ‘Tam Huu’ spring rolls and ‘Banh xeo’ pancake of the central region of Viet Nam.
You then learn how to harvest and wrap the vegetables and enjoy what you have cooked before farewelling your host family and cycling back to your hotel.
Ovenight in Hue
8:00 You will be collected at your hotel lobby and transferred to the meeting point to start the city tour. Walk to the ancient city, visit the Kwan Temple, Phuc Kien Chinese Assembly Hall, Tan Ky Old House, Japanese Cover Bridge and Historic & Cultural museum in Hoi An.
Then you have a traditional music performance & visit Hoi An’s handicraft workshop before coming back to the hotel.
The remain of the day you can relax at hotel or take a walk to wander around ancient street of Hoi An, drop in a tailor shop to give measure then your clothes are prepare for tomorrow.
Overnight in Hoi An
Today is on your own leisure to enjoy the private time in Hoi An or just wandering and shopping at your own pace. An optional tour to visit My Son, the ruin of Champa holy see or boat trip on Thu Bon River are available at your disposal. Overnight in hotel.
Check-out the hotel and free in the morning until time to get transfer to Da Nang for flight to Nha Trang. Get picked up and then transfer to hotel in downtown of Nha Trang City upon your arrival around mid-afternoon.
From 5:00 PM enjoy city tour by night to see the beautiful beach city of Nha Trang after dark.
Take in the cyclo for going along Tran Phu street, the most beautiful and longest seaside street in Nha Trang. Have a ride along this street at night, tourist have a good chance to observe a part of Nha Trang by night with the restaurants, bars, shops…crowds and even the chaotic traffic.
Then drop in XQ historical village – an embroidery gallery/workshop. This is well-known with its beautiful masterpieces of hand embroidery. Through the subjects about the hidden things of the nature. The world and the human, XQ embroidery art presents a typical view of the world.
Enjoy dinner at restaurant nearby the sea. After that, tourist will be brought to the busiest streets at night of Nha Trang – “foreign streets” is the nick name of these streets. There are a lot of shops, bars, restaurants. Tourist can walk around, shopping or have a cup of beer in a bar (pay yourself) before return your hotel. Overnight in Nha Trang.
Visit local market
You will be taken to one of the traditional markets to visit and buy some fresh ingredients to use in the cooking lesson later.
Take part in the cooking class at kitchen of Lantern Restaurant (or any other equivalent restaurants). You can learn how to me a Vietnamese spring rolls and rice pancake. These traditional foods are very famous in Vietnam.
You will prepare and cook all dishes by yourself under the instruction of the chef from the beginning to the end. Also, you will have an opportunity to learn how to make sauces from the fish sauce, water, sugar, chili, garlic and decorate dishes banana leaves, curved chili…
Have lunch with what dishes you had cooked at the restaurant and received the booklet of recipies. Back to hotel for relax before enjoy the great dinner of the day.
At 4:00 PM, your tour guide and driver welcome you at hotel for travelling around Nha Trang Bay by wooden boat. Nha Trang Bay is one of the 29 most beautiful bays in the world and is the major coral center in the South-East Asia. Wandering around the bay at night, watching sunset, moon, rise and a magnificent view of the city lights up with the fishing boats turn on their lamps… is an unforgettable trip.
Fishing while enjoy wine and fresh fruits on board
Stop at fishing spots nearby Hon Tre Island for fishing. There are over 84 species of first in Nha Trang Bay. All of them can be caught on rod and line. However, the exotic, rate, special fishes or baby fishes should be returned to the sea.

Overnight in Saigon
At 8:00 you will leave Saigon and drive to Ben Tre province. The mighty Mekong River enters Vietnam and splits into two main branches, which later separate into nine smaller branches. All the branches are connected to each other with a network of thousands of small waterways and Ben Tre is located right in the heart of it. It is famous for its coconut production and quiet, peaceful backwaters.
Another short ride by xeloi – a local motorized vehicle suitable for small village paths – a short walk will bring you to the wharf where you board a sampan and start cruising through small canals with beautiful tropical scenery while enjoying a drink and tropical fruits.
The cruise will bring you into the Mekong Delta’s most peaceful area, where you will visit a brick factory in which locals still use centuries-old traditional methods to make the bricks by hand. After thisis a visit to a fruit orchard which belongs to a fishing family and then it’s on to a rice noodle factory which produces hutieu noodles, one of most popular breakfast dishes in the region.
Leaving the boat behind you will cycle on tranquil village roads through green gardens to visit a sampan boat workshop and then a rice paper workshop.
Your lunch of local food specialties will be served at a riverside restaurant. Eating the fresh river fish cooked in the area’s special style will probably be one of your memorial experiences.
You then take a walk to a nearby sticky rice household, where you can feed their stock of catfish and taste some fruit in their fruit garden. The sampan will be waiting for you at the pier nearby to take you back to Ben Tre city for the drive back to Saigon.

Overnight in Saigon
Your guide and driver will meet you at your hotel for a drive to Cu Chi. The Cu Chi Tunnels are located approximately 70 km northwest of Ho Chi Minh City in Cu Chi district. One of the veterans who served during the war will be waiting for you upon your arrival.
The guide will accompany you during your visit to the tunnels to share his rich, personal knowledge of the tunnels and the war in general. You will see a documentary film about guerilla war in the Cu Chi district, then take a walk around the tunnel area to see bomb craters, underground bunkers and deadly traps. You can also try and enter the tunnels to see how the soldiers lived and fought.
Back in Saigon you will enjoy lunch at a nice restaurant. Due to the drastic differences in climate and lifestyles throughout the three main regions of Vietnam – North, Central and South – the foods vary greatly. Up until this part of the tour, you will have been enjoying the food of the North and South of Vietnam, so lunch will provide a taste of Hue food, typical of Central Vietnam.
After lunch, you will visit some attractive sites of Saigon, including the Re-Unification Palace, the former Presidential Palace, the Central Post Office and the Notre Dame Cathedral. Another destination is the War Remains Museum, where you can have a closer look at the Vietnam War.
As per your wishes, the tour caneither finish at your hotel or at Ben Thanh market, the biggest market in Vietnam, where you can experience more Vietnamese cuisine on your own before departing Vietnam the next day.
